Be Forward Wanderers is in a difficult position as it has to decide whether to cut wages for some of its senior players or to release them.
Gift Mkandawire, who is the Club’s Chairman, said the club is going to make a decision as it wants to work within their allocated budget.
“In the fourth coming season we don’t want to be having outstanding dues with our players interns of game bonuses and salaries that’s why we want to negotiate with the senior players to have their wages cut or we release them and have players we will be able to pay in our monthly allocated budget of K 13 million”, Mkandawire said.
Peter Wadabwa and Harry Nyirenda are some of the players Wanderers is to hold talks with to map the way forward over the wage cut issue.
