The Super League of Malawi (SULOM) has announced that their will be no fixed gate charges for games in the 2019 TNM Super League season.
According to SULOM, the gate charges will differ according to the teams playing on the day and the venue being used, a development confirmed by the bodies General Secretary William Banda.
“In the 2019 season, gate charges will be different depending on the teams playing on the day, the venue being used and how SULOM has valued the game among other reasons.
“For example, the game between TN Stars Football Club and Nyasa Big Bullets Football Club to be played at Kasungu Stadium which will be the launch of the 2019 TNM season, can not be valued the same way as the match between Masters Security Football Club and Moyale Barracks Football Club.
“For that reason, people coming to watch the game between TN Stars and Nyasa Big Bullets at Kasungu Stadium should expect to pay K2000 open stand and K8000 at the VIP”, Banda said.
The first week of the 2019 TNM Super League season will see a total of ten games being played on the weekend of 13th -14th April.
