The South African Premier Soccer League (PSL) football club has announced the signing of Malawi national football team striker Richard Mbulu from a Mozambican top flight league side CD Costa do Sol.

The 25 years old striker who was top goal scorer of the TNM super league in 2016 with 19 goals when he was playing for Malawi Armed Forces College (MAFCO) football club has signed a three years contract with the Limpopo based team that will see him at the club until 2022.

A statement released by the club reads ” Richard Mbulu, a striker from club de Desportos Da Costa do Sol in Mozambique signed with Baroka FC for three years contract.”

Richard Mbulu joined the Mozambican side CD Costa do Sol in 2017 before joining a Portuguese lower division team Sanjoanense a few months later when he only played for a single season before rejoining his Mozambican team in 2018.
