Nyasa Big Bullets Football Club returns onto the field of play this weekend as they play against Mighty Tigers Football Club at the Kamuzu Stadium in Week 3 of the TNM Super League despite a number of its players injured.
The people’s team has to its injury list newly promoted defender Charles Petro who is nursing a knee injury he sustained while on duty for the Malawi National Football team against Eswatini last Saturday and has joined fellow defender Bashir Maunde who got injured when the team played against Gor Mahia Football Club of Kenya in the CAF Champions League last year.
Nyasa Big Bullets will also not have newly signed midfielder from Dwangwa United Ben Manyozo who is recovering from intensive injuries he sustained during the Nyasa Big four Bonanza in March this year a thing that has sidelined him for four weeks while midfields Righteous Banda , Ernest Petro and striker Brighton Munthali have started training with the team after nursing their injuries.
The 2018 TNM Super League Champions will this weekend also miss the service of youthful striker Hassan Kajoke as he is being rested after he has played too many games without resting as he was featured for the team in the Opening match of the 2019 TNM Super League season against TNM which Bullets won by goals to 0 before being Part of the Malawi National Football team that faced Eswatini on Saturday in Manzini in the Championship of African Nations (CHAN) first leg qualifier.
