The Football Association of Malawi (FAM) has draw the teams to take part in this year’s charity shield later this month.
The charity shield will see a repeat of last year’s final of the Airtel top 8 which was won by Blue Eagles which have been drawn against super league championship Nyasa Big Bullets with the other match between last year’s FISD cup winners Be Forward Wanderers and Carlsberg Cup winners Masters Security FC a repeat of last year’s Carlsberg cup final.
FAM competitions manager Gomezgani Zakazaka said ” the draw has been made with the help of the competitions committee at FAM and we expect to have good games come the days of the tournament “.
The 4 teams Charity Shield will be played on 30th-31st March 2019 with the sourced money to be used by FAM in a charity event.
