Nyasa Big Bullets has been knocked out of the Confederation of Africa ( CAF) champions league after losing 3-2 to Platinum FC in Zimbabwe on Saturday.
The home side unsettled the visitors when they took an early lead in the 4th minute after Chafa Chirwa scored from the penalty.
Bullets organized themselves and started attacking the home side wave after wave.
Just after the half hour mark, the 2018 TNM super league champions leveled through a Peter Banda converted penalty.
The home side went to the break in front after Never Digeri restored their lead.
In the second half started on a high note in search of an early goal but Platinum defense stood film.
15 minutes in the second half Patrick Phiri equalized after a good interchange of passes to restore the visitors hopes of progressing in the competition.
With seven minutes to time Perfect Chikwende scored the winner for the Zimbabwe side to progress to the next round to face either UD Songo or Simba Football Club.
This is the second consecutive year for Bullets to bow out of the competition at this stage having been booted out by Gor Mahia from Kenya last year.
